How to take Zoloft

Take Zoloft by mouth usually once daily with or without food; or as directed by your doctor. It is recommended that you take your dosage at the same time each day, either in the morning or in the evening. The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to therapy. Avoid taking MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within 2 weeks before or after treatment with Zoloft. Zoloft missed dose
